Frequently asked questions

How much does this cost?

Packages start at £195. Quick Win, Follow-Up Fixer, and Admin Tidy-Up are on the pricing page , each with optional monthly support.

Until 30 November 2026, Quick Win is £50 for the first customers. It is free if you agree to provide a testimonial.

The automation system is in your name. You pay that provider directly. I tell you what it costs before you open the account.

Do I need to buy expensive software or coding tools?

You do not need a stack of new business software, and you do not need to learn to code.

The workflow runs in a simple automation system that your business owns. I tell you which one, and what the provider charges, before I start. You pay them directly. You add me as a collaborator.

If a particular tool or subscription is required, I explain what it is, why it is needed, and what it costs before I go ahead.

Is my business data secure with you?

I take the handling of client information seriously.

The workflow sits in an automation system your business owns. I do not ask you to move your records into a system I own.

When I need access to your systems or production data, I'll only request the access needed to carry out the agreed work and will use appropriate access methods where available.

For client projects involving personal data, the data protection responsibilities and arrangements will be agreed as part of the project.

I don't use client production data for my own marketing or unrelated purposes.

For more information, see my Privacy Notice.

What happens if an automation breaks down?

I test it with you before it goes live, and I leave you a one-page note on what to do if it stops.

Quick Win and Follow-Up Fixer include a 30-day warranty. Admin Tidy-Up includes 60 days. If it stops, I investigate within 24 hours, including weekends. After the warranty, you can run it yourself, or add optional monthly support.

Monthly support means I monitor for errors, investigate a stop within 24 hours, including weekends, and send a monthly report. The report uses the time you told me one run used to take, so you can see the time the workflow has saved. Admin Tidy-Up also includes a call each quarter.

Putting the agreed workflow back, after something breaks, is included. A change to how your business works, a new job, or any rebuild outside that quote, is priced before I add it.

What kinds of software can you connect?

If the tools you use daily connect to the internet, I can almost certainly automate them.

I regularly integrate software across every core part of business operations:

Finance and accounting: Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, PayPal.

CRMs and sales: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign.

Communication: Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Gmail, Outlook.

Productivity and docs: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Airtable, Trello.

Marketing and socials: Mailchimp, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, WordPress.

Don't see your business tools listed? As long as your software supports modern connections (APIs, webhooks, or cloud links), I can almost certainly bring it into your workflow, including custom in-house databases and niche industry platforms.

Do you use AI?

Where it helps. Most of the admin that eats a week is ordinary: a quote that sits, an invoice that goes overdue, the same details copied from an email into a sheet. That needs a clear rule, not AI.

AI earns a place when a job needs a draft, a summary, or a judgement call. If it would do the job better, I'll say so, and I'll tell you what it adds before I use it.

Where are you based? Do you only work with local companies?

I'm based in Stafford, England and work with businesses across the UK.

Most of the work can be handled remotely, including discovery, system setup, implementation, testing and ongoing support.
